![]() ![]() Of course, it isn’t as simple as it sounds (it never is). And picking your modules is the next thing you do after installing Drupal 9 so it’s really one of the first major decisions you’ll have to make. When you’re talking about features, you’re talking about modules. You want every single one of the amazing features you’ve heard about with Drupal 9. If so I'd be stoked if you joint my email newsletter where I cover front-end development, tech, and of course Drupal! Thanks for reading. We get it. Hope you learnt something or this has sparked an interest in Drupal 9 for you. What we have learnt is how to find the correct template to use and how for contact forms the template names are built from the URL, whereas for content types we use the node/id URL. I have written about that in my must-have SEO modules for Drupal page. However, if you are not using pathauto to create auto-alias' and redirects I suggest you do. If you are not using re-write on your URLs then obviously the template name will be built from the URL. In my case, the thank you page is node/23 so my resulting override template will be. You can see that for content types we use the node ID to override the single page and not the pretty URL. For any content type, the naming convention is shown below. The process for this is the same, in fact, the HTML and page templates I have for the product enquiry form are perfect so we just need to copy these and rename them. Now when you visit the product enquiry form it is just a form on a nice white canvas, perfect. You can obviously modify to your heart's content but for now, this is all I need as the host site is a basic design at present. Now I will add some basic CSS overrides to remove background colour, padding, and margins. Once I have copied the contact page I will strip everything out except the highlight region and the content region, upload the template and flush the theme registry. I will copy the current active template marked with an X and name it to page-contact-product_. Since I don't need anything except the form elements I will also override the the same way. Next, we will do the same with the page template Check the source and you will see the id attribute added to the HTML element. Once you have done that, upload it to your site and flush the theme registry. In my case, since I want to override the HTML style, I will add an id on the HTML element so I can then modify the CSS. Once you have the you need to copy it into the theme directory and rename it to the file name suggestion you want to override. This will be printed in the BEGIN OUTPUT from 'themes/custom/dkcom/templates/'line. In this case, it is html-contact-product_.ĭepending on your custom theme, in my case I am using a custom theme called dkcom, you either need to look in the theme directory for template or if your theme doesn't have the you need to look at the parent theme or even the system theme. Since we want to override just one page we need to use the most specific one. It also shows you what theme the template is being served from in the BEGIN OUTPUT line. The options are listed with the most specific at the top and the current theme template is marked with an X. If you don't see the options then you need to enable Twig Debug. When looking at the options to override the templates in the page source you will see 3 options. Overriding a contact formĪs stated we will create two new templates for the contact form, the contact form I want to override is called product enquiry and lives at the URL /contact/product_enquiry. Usually, you won't need to override the HTML template but since I want to remove the background styles from the pages to fit into another site I will add an id to the template to do this. It is also possible to create your own override suggestions, I will cover this in an upcoming article but for now, let's continue with what you get out of the box. To learn how to enable Twig debug you can read the linked quck guide. We will look at the possible override suggestions for doing so as printed in the HTML when you have twig debug enabled. I will be overriding the HTML template and also the page template. ![]() The pages I will modify are a contact form and a page, of content type basic page, that is being used as the contact form submit success thank you page. Related: To read how to enable embedding of a page in a remote site you can read Allow Embedding of Content in a Cross-Origin iframe. However, you can use custom templates for anything from modifying full-page layouts to individual regions. In this article, I will look at creating 2 templates for 2 pages so that the pages have all styles removed to be embedded in a remote iframe. ![]()

Working in collaboration with the Euclid team and the wider Euclid science consortium we used representative mirror samples in our Yuta vacuum facility to predict the effects of the ice on the Euclid telescope’s optical path, and to see how much heating would be needed to clear this contamination.” Szilvia Szmolka, ESA materials test engineer, adds: “In the case of Euclid, another cryogenic astronomy mission with a similar flight profile, the aim was to get ahead of the risk in advance. In fact the Lab team ended up winning an ESA Team Excellence Award for our support to Gaia.” This in turn allowed the characterisation of the readings measured in orbit and supported the Gaia spacecraft team in evaluating potential decontamination options and their associated risks. “The Materials and Electrical Components Laboratory here at ESA’s ESTEC technical centre worked diligently to recreate this problem on the ground so we could fully model it. ![]() “This was more than a purely theoretical concern, because a previous ESA astronomy mission, the 2013-launched Gaia mission to map the Milky Way, also had to deal with the problem of water ice on its optics early in the mission,” explains Bruno Bras, an ESA contamination control expert who also worked on the Gaia project. Why does it need to do this? Mauricio Portaluppi – an ESA contamination control engineer, who has been at the launch site supporting cleanliness and contamination control of the satelllite before its launch – explains: “Euclid needs boil away any moisture that potentially might have ended up freezing on its telescope mirrors, obscuring its otherwise pristine views of the distant cosmos beyond our own Milky Way galaxy”.Įuclid’s payload module is passively cooled down to cryogenic temperatures, so any water vapour outgassed from onboard materials such as the multi-layer insulation covering the spacecraft might condense on detectors and mirrors. On 4 July, as Euclid headed on to its set observing point in space, 1.5 million km from Earth, it turned in its course to face the Sun for a planned 96 hours in total. A special test campaign undertaken in this ESA lab well before the launch of the Agency’s Euclid mission to explore the dark Universe has helped support an important manoeuvre that the newly-launched spacecraft is currently undertaking in space. ![]() 1/17/2024 0 Comments Waterfall software![]() ![]() Initiate research and determine all core problems. ![]() But how does a development team hash out their UX process to create engaging apps? The good news is that the Waterfall methodology works incredibly well for UX, which many developers utilize.Ī well-trodden Waterfall UX process works as follows: And a few ways to keep these users satisfied is by simplifying the user journey, organizing content, personalizing apps, adding biometric authentication features, and minimizing data input. Users expect modern apps to have intuitive and responsive UX. It’s a fairly straightforward process but far more rigid than alternative models such as agile. All project tasks are split into phases that follow a linear sequence that flows downwards, similarly to a waterfall, hence the naming convention. ![]() The Waterfall methodology is a project management paradigm initially used in construction and manufacturing but later adopted by software developers. Luther ends up being the one to tell Ilsa what Ethan won’t. This time around, there are other dominant women who hold their own in the sixth installment. In Fallout (2018), Mission: Impossible lets go of a self-contained format to continue the story of the Syndicate, and best of all, Agent Faust. Having Ilsa be the one to voice this to Ethan, is a good enough detail to see which of these two truly desire to leave behind their spy life. It feels so human in a franchise where the characters often perform superhuman feats. It’s only a matter of going,” she tells Ethan in a personal request for them to escape. The two are disposable, and in the case of MI6 Director Atlee ( Simon McBurney), he has a much darker, selfish agenda for not pulling Ilsa out of the field like she desperately wants. For a rather unsurprising revelation, Ilsa and Ethan learn how little they matter to their respective agencies. In Rogue Nation alone, she goes on to protect him many times, putting her own life and mission in jeopardy. Deep undercover with the Syndicate, she is gaining Lane’s trust when Ethan enters her life. She is a dedicated MI6 operative with morals. With Ethan, movie fans and his closest allies know where his loyalties are. Ferguson's spy is a new kind of female character in this series. In the first Mission: Impossible(1996), Claire ( Emmanuelle Béart.) tried to help her traitor of a husband, to then be abruptly killed by him in the end. Julia ( Michelle Monaghan) shouldn’t need to know how to fight for survival or how to help disarm a nuclear weapon, her relationship to Ethan forces her into these situations. To develop the character further, Faust can handle herself better than some of the other women in the series. She is Ethan’s equal and her affections toward him were never a ruse. Not until the last half of Rogue Nation does the movie confirm Faust is an ally, working as a modern update to the femme fatale. Her shifty motives do their part to confuse Ethan as to what her end goal is. The opera sequence is an example of this, dressing Ilsa Faust in a gown and shadows. The Mission: Impossible movies aren’t strictly film noir stories, though they tend to use the moody subgenre for influence. It seems at first Ilsa Faust is a traditional femme fatale, a devious woman who uses and discards those around her for her own gain. Ilsa is a beautiful, deadly woman, but not everything is what it seems with this MI6 agent. The golden gown she wears will help her slip into the crowd once her target is hit, for this moment it creates an alluring image. Ilsa Faust puts together a rifle within the ornate shadows of a tower set. This sequence is not only a terrific action sequence, it portrays just how stealthy that other assassin is. Ethan must stop a sniper, following one killer before seeing another, hidden and ready to take the shot. It’s perfect Hitchcockian suspense, where director Christopher McQuarrie clearly lays out where everyone and everything is for a stronger audience reaction. The Vienna assassination attempt in Rogue Nation is operatic, visually, and quite literally. ![]() ![]() Please note that Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI Desktop are only available on the Windows platform, so Mac users will require Bootcamp running Windows or a Virtual machine with a Window O/S. This has also been referred to as C-mode. Three-dimensional imaging is done by combining B-mode images, using dedicated rotating or stationary probes. As the actual speed of sound varies greatly in different tissue types, an ultrasound image is therefore not a true tomographic representation of the body. Most machines convert two-way time to imaging depth using as assumed speed of sound of 1540 m/s. As moving tissue transitions produce backscattering, this can be used to determine the displacement of specific organ structures, most commonly the heart. This mode is an ultrasound analogy to streak video recording in high-speed photography. The M-mode image dimensions are however voltage as a function of two-way time and recording time. Each next line is plotted adjacent to the previous, resulting in an image that looks like a B-mode image. The backscattered signal is converted to lines of bright pixels, whose brightness linearly correlates to backscattered voltage amplitudes.

Truman not only kept the signed shoes, but had a picture taken of Jordan giving him the shoes. Jordan gave Truman his Air Jordan 12 shoes that night in thanks. Truman doted on Jordan when he played in Utah and gave him his pregame applesauce and graham crackers. It was called the flu then, but in recent years, the narrative has steered more to a food poisoning incident involving a late night pepperoni pizza. Jordan was so sick that day that he had to get an IV before the game and could barely stand between shots. While the sale comes on the 25th anniversary of Jordan’s final shot with the Bulls, the clincher in Game 6 of the 1998 Finals, the “Flu Game” (Game 5 of the 1997 Finals) is arguably just as special in Jordan lore.
